Please check your email after you book below, as we will send a confirmation email and what to expect on your time at the ranch! 

The address to the ranch is 5361 River Road Clark Fork Idaho.

For your safety and for you to fully enjoy the ranch and everything it has to offer, Check-in from 3:00 PM PST until 6:00 PM PST. Any check-ins after 7:00 PM PST will be subject to a $100.00 late check-in fee, and there will be no check-ins allowed after 9:00 PM PST unless other arrangements have been made. Our number is 913-777-4647. Please plan accordingly, and contact us with any questions!

The ranch is gated and secured for our guests. When you reach Clark Fork Idaho, please text 1-913-SPRINGS ( 1-913-777-4647 ) and let us know your name and that you are almost to the ranch! If you don’t text we won’t know you are at the gate 🙂

Someone will be at the gate to welcome you and check you in. If you do not text the gate will not be opened. The gate is for all our guests’ privacy and safety.

Before entering your cabins please complete the check-in process at the tack barn located by the large wooden round pen.

There is parking for one car per cabin. The max length for vehicles parked by our cabins is 22 feet. No RV’s are allowed to be parked by cabins due to low clearance and tight turns. HOWEVER, we do have a parking lot close by that holds up to 200 vehicles. Plenty of parking on the ranch, parking is just limited by cabins.

Due to the nature of the ranch and the animals, we have on the property, pets are not allowed during your stay. We bent this rule in 2020 and each time it caused issues at the ranch. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We do not have a restaurant on the property, and the only food we have available for purchase at the ranch is our grass-fed steaks and ground beef. Meals are not provided. All cabins have a kitchenette and needed items to prepare food. We recommend getting groceries At Yokes Market in Ponderay, ID, or Safeway in Sandpoint, ID.
